If you struggle with emotional eating, disordered eating, body-image, or if you are anywhere within your recovery from an eating disorder, this webinar is for you.

Emotional awareness is difficult, and for those working towards a more peaceful relationship with food, mindful and intuitive eating are the ultimate goal. However, it can feel like learning a whole new language when the practices don't sink in right away, when the mindful or intuitive practices don't feel accessible, or when it feels as though the pull towards emotional eating is stronger than the practices of mindful and intuitive eating. Guilt and shame show up and only create further disconnection from ourselves, and our ability to grow and heal.
