Here is what you can expect when you sign up for this course:
7-Day Mindset Reset Guided Mindfulness Practice along with a vision creation exercise to kick-start your transformation! You will receive this upon registration to propel you into action mode just before you dive into the modules!
10 modules that you can work through at your own pace! Within each module I will guide you through the specific content for the week with slide. You will receive guided practices to use with each module that you can repeat as needed for as long as you need! Each module contains specific tools and action steps you can integrate immediately to begin to make peace with food. Each module is action focused so you begin to feel the transformation happen in your life from DAY 1!
Additional resources and materials that accompany each module will be available to create ease throughout the course. These resources and tools such as guided meditations, breathing exercises, recipes, logs and journaling prompts will allow you to integrate these practices to their fullest potential as you experience transformational growth and change.
