As a Wholistic Health Coach I guide, mentor and empower you along your path to greater health and welling. I provide you with support and guidance as you set your specific health and wellbeing goals and create sustainable changes that ultimately improve your health and happiness and quality of life.
As your Wholistic Health Coach, I listen carefully and together we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for YOU. My approach is highly individualized as I believe there is no one-size-fits-all way to eat, exercise, meditate or live!

I offer wholistic health coaching by video sessions in 1, 3 or 6-month packages, to guide and empower you to create personalized wellness goals in order to make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
Sessions are then personalized to address you as a WHOLE person, mind, body and spirit. Each session will focus on specific action steps you can take daily and weekly to help you create the change you desire step-by-step with guidance, motivation and support.
Empowerment Coaching Packages
Building self-confidence is like building a muscle. It requires some discomfort in the beginning and then consistency and dedication to maintaining the strength. Confidence is essentially a memory of success, so we work together to set goals and create opportunities to build success, confidence and empowerment into your life in specific, doable and desirable ways.
Packages include, for 3 month packages 7, 45 minute sessions by video call, for 6 month packages 13, 45 minute sessions by video call, all handouts, exercises and resources, personalized meditations and accountability email/text check-ins.

You might be curious, what is coaching and how is it different than therapy?
Therapy is helpful to resolve trauma, mental health challenges, disorders and challenging life transitions. Therapy can be tremendously valuable for healing internalized negative beliefs, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, creative blocks, perfectionism and so on. When involved in therapy you have support guidance and specific tools to help resolve these concerns and there is no specific amount of time. Tools such as EMDR and cognitive behavior therapy are used only in therapy settings. You might think of needing therapy if you need healing from the past and to resolve challenges with coping in the here and now.
Coaching is helpful to create a new future. Coaching is motivational, goal oriented and your coach provides support, accountability, specific action steps and resources to help you reach your goals in a relatively short amount of time, typically within 3-12 months. You can work with a coach no matter where they are located, however a therapist must be licensed in the state where you are. Therapy and coaching are great when used together, many people have a therapist to heal the past and a coach to support growth to work toward their ideal future.
