Many people who struggle with emotional and stress eating encounter an even greater struggle from Halloween into the new year. This can be triggered by the onset of all of the candy, treats, parties, baking, etc...and not to mention the general stressors of the season itself! If you are already stressed out, please know that this year can be different!
During this interactive mindful eating workshop, I will offer specific guidance, support, and doable strategies that you can implement right away to survive this often stressful and overwhelming holiday season.
I will talk about the most common concerns for those who struggle with emotional eating and offer practical, achievable, and specific strategies to manage food cravings, external pressures, and all the other general stressors. You will leave feeling empowered, resourced, and relaxed.
I'll offer time for Q&A and we’ll end with a guided visualization + mindfulness exercise.
